🧩 Handle & Attachment Options
• Cape-only setup: Comes with two D-rings placed 6” apart (measured from centre of each D ring) to attach a service dog cape
• Optional extra D-rings: Let us know if you’d like additional rings for a pull strap alongside a cape, Or D ring for leash attachment (placed in between shoulders)
• Bunny loops for guide handles: Optional bunny loops on the girth strap, plus two additional D-rings on the shoulder straps for attaching a guide handle. The purpose of the bunny loops is to keep the guide handle aligned and in the correct position while your dog is working, and preventing the handle from falling to the side.
• Handle types:
• No handle – Sleek and minimalist
• Built-in counterbalance handle – This option is sturdier and moves around less, making it a great choice for dogs who require consistent support and structure during tasks
• Detachable counterbalance handle – A flexible alternative, ideal for times when your dog needs to tuck under tables or into tight spaces, or when you’d like the option to remove the handle depending on the day or activity
 
Note: Guide handles and detachable counterbalance handles are sold separately.
Detachable handles are intended for light grounding only and are not suitable for moderate or heavy mobility support.

🎨 Colour Customisation
 
Choose up to two colours:
• Primary colour = 1.5” chest and girth strap
• Secondary colour = 1” underbelly girth and shoulder straps, on all contrasting accent points.

1. Stainless Steel – One of our most durable options. Rust-proof, scratch-resistant, and ready for all-weather wear.
2. Brass – Equally durable and long-wearing, brass is a classic choice that resists rust and develops a natural patina over time. Ideal for tough conditions and everyday use.
3. Black – Matte black steel hardware with a sleek, modern look. A popular fashion finish that may show signs of wear with heavy use.
4. Rose Gold – A beautiful, soft pink-gold finish for a little extra glam. Best suited for light-to-moderate wear.
5. Multichrome (Rainbow) – Eye-catching and full of colour, this fashion hardware option features a vibrant colour-shift finish. Best enjoyed as a statement piece, as it may wear over time with rough use. 
 
Note: Stainless steel and brass are our most recommended options for strength, durability, and long-term use – perfect for dogs who love the water, mud, or rough play. Fashion finishes like black, rose gold, and multichrome are best suited for more gentle wear.
