Welcome to Bowie & Co.! By placing an order or browsing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
🐾 Handmade to Order
All of our products are handmade and made to order. Each piece is individually crafted based on the colours, sizing, hardware, and customisations you select at checkout. For this reason, production times can vary — we’ll always keep you updated!
💸 Payments
We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and third-party services like Afterpay or Klarna. Orders must be paid in full before production begins.
📦 Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations — especially once production has started. Please double-check your order before checkout.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not generally offer refunds or exchanges. Please review our Returns Policy for full details on what is and isn’t eligible. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end, we’ll fix it — no stress.
🚚 Shipping
We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by location. Once an order leaves our workshop, we are not liable for carrier delays, customs issues, or lost packages — but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
🌏 Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees charged by their country. Please see our Customs Policy for more info.
