Our products are for identification only and are not a substitute for legal documentation, registration, or certification. We do not request or verify proof of service dog status, and it’s your responsibility to ensure that any identifiers you request comply with your local/state/country laws.

 

❗️We are not liable for any misuse of service dog or working dog identifiers, or for the consequences of false representation (legal, public, or viral TikTok chaos included).

 

We trust that our customers are honest and respectful — and we expect that anyone ordering gear with terms like “service dog” or “assistance dog” is doing so lawfully and ethically. Please don’t be that person 🙃

We allow rude, cheeky, and sweary language — because let’s be honest, some dogs are certified assholes and we support that energy 😈

But we have a firm no-go list for anything hateful or discriminatory.

 

We will not accept text that is:

• Ableist

• Antisemitic

• Or otherwise dehumanising, discriminatory, or hate-fuelled

🦮 Mobility & Counterbalance Disclaimer

 

We offer guide handles and counterbalance-style handles as part of our service dog range. However, these are intended for light pressure or grounding cues only — such as guiding gestures, light momentum redirection, or tactile grounding (for example, applying gentle pressure to redirect or stabilise during dissociation, anxiety, etc.)

 

⚠️ Our gear is not medically load-rated and is not intended for bracing, full-body counterbalance, or mobility assistance without professional assessment.

 

Before using any gear for mobility tasks — including momentum pull, counterbalance, or bracing — it is the handler’s responsibility to:

• Consult a veterinarian and/or allied health professional

• Ensure the dog meets safe mobility standards (e.g. age, weight, height percentage relative to the handler)

• Confirm the dog is suitable and approved for that type of work

 

We do not verify working status or assess mobility suitability — we trust our customers to act ethically, safely, and lawfully.
