Handle Height Measurement:
Measure vertically from the base of your dog’s collar (or neck) up to where your hand naturally sits when holding the handle.
This gives us the total handle height so it sits comfortably in your hand without extra slack or bulk.
 
Most orders don’t require custom handle sizing — our standard height works beautifully for the majority of dogs.
Only request a custom measurement if you have a specific handle height in mind or need it to sit at an exact spot for training or accessibility use.
